World goes wild, anxiety becomes an everyday challenge. How to deal with all that exhausting things?
You may know that always being in a rush is quite unhealthy. But how to make yourself relaxed when so much stuff is going around?
The answer is both simple and hard: you need to slow down. Just for a bit.
It could be a beautiful morning, when you can drink a cup of tea and look in a window. See trees waving by the wind and yellow leafs flying around. Or it could be a cozy evening, when you lay on a couch with an interesting book under the plaid and the soft light of the lamp. Or it could be a nice bath before sleep.
It could be whatever you want. The only rules - your activity should be calm and your mind should be clear. A bit hard, isn't it?
But don't give up, just try to make this a part of your routine. Ask yourself when and where you can find a peace for yourself. And then try to make it true.
Try to do it at least once a week and soon you will see how your mental heals is changing!
