Mom's Equal Pay Day (August 7, 2024) is a day to acknowledge the pay gap that working mothers face. Women who are mothers and work full-time earn 71 cents for every dollar paid to a white, non-hispanic man. For women that work part-time, the statistics are even worse. They earn 63 cents for every dollar paid to a white, non-hispanic man. (NWLC 2023)
