While it may be a novel idea to many men, "men's work" isn't quite what you're thinking. A personal growth therapy that has roots in the 1970s, '80s, and '90s "men's work" is now a focus of All Kings, an organization that provides (free) male support in a number of ways. While based in upstate NY, their varied program allows for involvement no matter where you live.

The programs began by focusing on men who have been impacted by the criminal justice system but now, men of all backgrounds are welcome. One could be a wealthy, disillusioned accountant from Connecticut or a teenager trying to stay out of a gang, all men are welcome in this group talk therapy.

As one member stated: "It takes courage - To really look at yourself in the mirror and be honest."

Consider sharing this to others in your social network, or if you're interested yourself, join them for an Intro Night, Weekly Circle or as an official community member. (Or even signup for their newsletter to start.) All Kings awaits to help. And, ALL programs are FREE.
