The mission of Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is to honor and empower wounded warriors. Now you have the chance to put that mission in motion and bring the WWP Carry Forward® 5K to your own community or neighborhood. Every step you take and dollar you raise will help empower wounded warriors as they take on their next mission.
You can walk, jog or run your 5K anywhere on any day. You’ll choose the location and date and decide if you want to organize your 5K as a solo run/walk or with friends and family.

Our military mothers — those who serve and military spouses — have a 2-3 times higher risk of experiencing a maternal mental health complication than their civilian counterparts. Let’s honor our military moms by urging Congress to do something about this disparity by supporting the MOMS (Maintaining our Obligation to Moms who Serve) Act. This proposed legislation would bring evidence-based maternal mental health programs into the military health care system for service members and their families.

Thanks for taking part in this impactful opportunity to help a wounded veteran. 🇺🇸 A Lubbock, Texas Marine veteran and his family have been chosen as the next recipient of a mortgage-free home. Following the 9/11 attacks, Michael Anderson felt a calling to serve his country. He was honorably discharged due to his injuries and they'll be moving into their Hero Home shortly.

Ken, a U.S. Navy veteran, faced challenges entering his home of 50+ years due to mobility issues from his service. Volunteers from Lockheed Martin and Rebuilding Together Atlanta provided life-changing repairs (free), making his home safer and more accessible. 💚

The NFL and USAA, an official NFL Salute to Service partner, announced Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle and Los Angeles Chargers defensive end Morgan Fox as finalists for the 14th annual Salute to Service Award presented by USAA.
The Salute to Service Award is part of the NFL and USAA's year-round commitment to recognize and honor the military and veteran community. USAA will contribute $25,000 in the award recipient's honor to the official aid societies representing each of the military branches. The NFL Foundation will match that donation, which will go directly to the recipient's military charity of choice.
