As a kid, my grandmother would make strawberry-rhubarb pie often....and I loved it. But in the U.S. that pink veggie with a sweet scent isn't offered all that much. In the "Rhubarb Triangle," farmers continue a 200-year-old tradition of transplanting rhubarb into dark sheds lit only by wax candles.
