BPF's Operation Fix the Future free spay/neuter clinic in Grand Rapids, Michigan was a huge success. From October 28-30, 300 dogs and 343 cats from throughout Michigan were spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested at no cost to their owners or communities that participated!

Operation Fix the Future not only prevented an enormous number of unwanted births but also reduced the number of pets who might otherwise end up homeless, in shelters, or euthanized due to overpopulation issues, especially in areas where shelters are already overwhelmed, and resources are limited.
